One platform. Twenty-one hotels.

I sold the platform outright, code and IP, then trained the UK head office on site and turned that session into the recorded onboarding every other hotel used. LLM features run daily: booking-data analysis and upsell campaigns.

Lebanon and the Middle East

A complete hotel operating system.

Reservations, billing, revenue analytics, a housekeeping mobile app, booking-channel sync and automated guest messaging. I designed and shipped it, then rolled it out in a cash economy with unreliable internet.

I led a team of six through four months of build and two months of testing, matching the feature set of the market-leading product. I ran the go-live on site in Oman and trained five key users, who trained everyone else.

AI in production

AI that is tested before it talks to anyone.

I build AI agents that sell and serve on WhatsApp in three languages, with a human taking over when it matters. Every release runs through an evaluation suite that simulates real customer conversations and scores behaviour, cost and speed across models. If one scenario fails, the release waits.
